The tool room is the backbone of any manufacturing company and our in-house tool room is full of advanced VMC, EDM and laser cutting systems etc. Our engineers design and make tools, molds and fixtures to ensure accuracy and consistency at every step. We use advanced technology to make simple jigs as well as complex multi-cavity molds to meet the needs of our clients. We focus on performance, precision for designing and validation. Many Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) with 3-axis and high torque spindles can handle rough machining as well as fine finishing. Our work envelope ensures flexibility across different sizes and designs of components as it is standardized for repeatability. CAM-driven programming allows minimal rework and faster changeovers that can keep machines performing well and uptime. Our plastic injection molding facilities (150-200 tons) allows us to make precise plastic parts to manage full scale production tooling.
